What We Do

We work for the election of Republicans to office on local, state and national levels. We hold forums to meet candidates, we register voters, walk precincts, make phone calls, get voters to the polls and work the polls.

We volunteer in the Republican headquarters and help with candidates' campaigns and fundraisers.

We sponsor high school students to attend the Advocacy Workshop in Sacramento where they meet their legislators, hear Republican legislators speak and tour the Capitol building and interact with hundreds of students from all over California.

We give books to children in need, local schools, and other institutions; food, clothing, and money to area projects that help those in need.

We support our troops by sending letters, supplies, and the purchase of specialized equipment.

We get involved in our community by volunteering for the library, hospital, PTA, church, school, Red Cross, literacy tutors, and sit on local and state commissions and boards.

We seek to inform our members and friends through our monthly meetings, newsletters and "Action Alert" phone calls and e-mails.

We send members to Campaign Schools for training in the latest techniques in running a winning Republican campaign.

We attend workshops, conferences, and conventions sponsored by the Federation of Republican Women.
